Cadda is a young serving girl in Blaeddbyr in 698, under the employ of the bard Gweran and his wife Lyssa. She is a prior incarnation of Jill's mother Seryan.

Cadda is a serving girl employed by Gweran and Lyssa to help mind their little sons, Aderyn and Acern. She lives in Lord Maroic's dun with them on her working days, but is able to visit her mother Banna who lives nearby. Cadda becomes enamored with the young warrior Tanyc after he joins the lord's warband. Because Gweran considers her to be under his protection, he warns Tanyc off of her.
Family and relationships[]
Cadda is the youngest daughter of Banna, and has a brother named Covyl. She is employed by Gweran the bard to help with wife Lyssa with her household tasks and with minding their small children, Aderyn and Acern. Cadda falls for Tanyc when he arrives in Blaeddbyr, but the feelings are unreciprocated.
Personality and appearance[]
Cadda is a bit silly and fanciful due to her youth. She doesn't pick up on the fact that Tanyc doesn't return her attentions. She is "a beautiful girl, all soft curves and thick blond hair."
